Jarrett DeMartino has been tattooing for ten years in both NYC and Los Angeles. During that time, he realized the impact that artists inside and out of tattooing were having on eachother. He wanted to create a space where his passion for the art of tattooing, together with influential art forms could flourish, thus spawning Solid Gallery One, a fusion art gallery and tattoo studio.

At Solid Gallery One, Jarrett provides a personal and comfortable atmosphere for his clients to reach their vision. His approach to tattooing and his tenacity are unique, as he is constantly embracing life and creativity as his motivational forces. His work spans skin and other media, as he is extremely serious about being a well versed artist, able to take his craft wherever need be. Jarrett places a great deal of importance on composition, proportion, light source, and traditional formulas that he follows in tattooing. Tattooing is a lifestyle for him and he remains committed to exceeding his clients expectations when it comes to creating work that is specific to them.

Jarrett has been featured in numerous publications and has done custom tattoos and/or commissioned artwork for such clients as:
Busta Rhymes, Nas, Snoop Dogg, Ian Watkins of Lost Prophets, Type O Negative, Machine Head, Keith Gibbs of Sasquatch, Members of 286 and more.

Jarretts artwork is featured regularly in several Los Angeles area group art shows, and he has also participated as an artist in the international Art Fusion Experiment at Alex Grey's COSM in NYC. To view an online archive of event photos, media and art collaborations click here.
